When logged into your member account, ticket-based discounts or free ticket allocations will apply automatically at checkout. For any on-site discounts, simply show your member card (digital or physical) at the register to receive your discount.

In order to reduce plastic usage, all members receive a digital member card. The digital card can be added to Apple and Google Wallets or saved as a screenshot on your smartphone. Physical member cards are also available upon request. When purchasing your membership, you will be asked if you’d like to opt in to receiving a physical member card in addition to the digital member card.

Your member card applies your discounted or free parking benefit at the zoo’s lot at 2400 N. Cannon Drive. Basic and Basic Plus members should press “print ticket” at the entrance, then scan their member card at the exit to receive the member discounted rate or apply any free parking passes.

Safari and Safari Plus members should scan their member card at the entrance and exit to lift the parking gate.

Basic memberships can have one named cardholder. Basic Plus, Safari, and Safari Plus memberships can have two (2) named cardholders. That said, members are allowed to bring up to six (6) people to any free member-exclusive events and any free ticket allocations can be shared throughout households or with friends.

All memberships are annual and expire on the last day of the month, one year from your purchase date. For example, if you join on July 1, 2026, your membership will expire on July 31, 2027.

When purchasing a membership, you can decide to enroll in annual auto-renew. This will save your payment information and automatically renew your membership upon your expiration date. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected].

Gift memberships can be purchased here! You will receive an email with a gift voucher code to share with the gift recipient. The recipient will use this code to activate their membership. Once the membership is activated, the recipient will receive membership materials—including a membership card.

The Member Lounge is located in the Member Center, off the East Gate of the zoo. The Member Lounge is an exclusive area for members to rest, relax, and use private restrooms. Coloring sheets and crafts are available for little ones, and complimentary coffee and tea are available during Early Bird Mornings.

Membership team members are available daily to answer any questions about your membership. You can also purchase or renew a membership, purchase an Adopt an Animal package, or make a donation at the Member Center. The Member Center opens at 10 a.m. daily and closes 30 minutes before the zoo closes.
